Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in to malta-blinds.com using Facebook, Google, or an email account, you can request deletion of your customer account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at orders@malta-blinds.com.
2. Use the subject line: Data deletion request.
3. Include the email address used for your Malta Blinds account.
4. We may ask for confirmation to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

What will be deleted

We will delete or anonymise your account profile, login provider links, contact details, and saved customer information where legally possible.

Information we may retain

Some order, invoice, tax, warranty, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Processing time

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
